Yes, she seems to have made it her mantra to change.
7. Reid takes Molly to the supermarket and plays the supermarket game - guess the songs that will be played. It turns out Molly is pretty good at the game. Do you do anything similar or have secret skills at obscure games? How do you like the developing friendship with Reid?
No. I like her friendship with Reid.
8. We see a lot more of Molly's family in this section, including her Grandma! What do you think of the family dynamics?
I like Molly's moms - they're awesome. And the grandma is pretty awful. Switch the people around and the dynamics are like most families.
9. Cassie announces her new relationship via Facebook update, and doesn't tell Molly directly. Does this change how you feel about Cassie? Molly?
I initially thought it was pretty mean of Cassie to announce her relationship like that, but later she explained how it was different that she actually cared for Mina. I think Cassie is just out of her element and doesn't know how to handle things yet.

Chapters 1-6
1. Have you read anything by this author before? Do you have a favourite? If not, why did you decide to join the read?
No. I hadn't heard of this author before the BOM announcement. I'm reading it for the WAT points.
2. Molly has a "generic face" and finds people always think they know her. **I have this exact problem!!** Is it just me? Do strangers often try and work out how they know you?
I also frequently have people think they know me when they don't.
3. Reading about Becky Albernatti, she was a child psychologist who decided to start writing after she had her first child and claims Jaclyn Moriarty as her writing inspiration. If you wrote a book, which author would be your inspiration?
Ummmm....right now I couldn't answer that. I have no idea.
4. It always intrigues me when adult authors are able to write well with a teenage voice. I guess Becky's work background helps. Do you think she is accurate in her portrayal of teens?
I don't have kids or know any teens right now, so I don't know. I guess if she's a child psychologist she probably knows what she's writing about.
5. So we are setting up for the Will v Reid decision. Seems an easy one to me. Who do you prefer?
Reid!

Does anyone else have any fun plans? Alas, mine is again a quiet one with my pups. I have been dog and cat sitting for my sister the last few days, so I've had a puggle and a cat who need meds several times a day visiting. My cat is not happy! My pups are okay with it, though. My brother is going to paint my bedroom next week, so I'll need to get all the stuff out of the closet this weekend. Other than that, just reading!

We're checked in for Week 1. Our next round starts in about 20 minutes or so, so make sure not to finish any new books before then! Happy reading!

I just found it so boring and unappetising & with the work & craziness, I concentrated on finishing others.
Unfortunately I will ..."
LOL, Melinda! No worries. Since I had DQ's I had to finish it - I'll get my books posted today and check us in later today. I wish it would have been next week since it fits our genre, but, oh well.....

Can everyone try and let me know when you've posted your last book for the week? I have to check us in tomorrow and if we're done early for the week I can check us in early - otherwise I'll wait for you to finish a book if needed. Thanks!!

My next book h..."
Thanks for the update Joanne!
I think we need I's and G's - we've got plenty of B's and E's seem to be in pretty good shape.

I've updated the spreadsheet to add Week 2, so if you're into planning, have at it!

This works perfectly for me because although I'm ALMOST done with the Upside of Unrequited, and just finished round one of Perfect Formation, I'll be u..."
Safe travels, Suzanne - and thanks for the reminder!

So are you guys okay with keeping our word/genre? I have plenty of MM romance on my tbr, it looks like Devann is happy 😎, and the current BOM (Upside of unrequited) also fits - plus it would be nice to have more letters to choose from! That's just my opinion, so if anyone has other thoughts, please feel free to speak up.

Glad you are enjoying your books so far @Devann!!

I'm also doing the BOM - I have the DQ's tomorrow, so we'll get some extra points for that :-) Great reading, huh? I have to say I'm a bit annoyed - I've been in the backroom for awhile and we've had good books to read in the past. Somehow the group has been taken over and made a bit of a joke, which would never happen with the regular BOMs. OK, off my soapbox!
I don't know how many times we'll get through our word, so maybe waiting to finish until next week might be good, since the only letter that works is B.
So how is everyone enjoying the books they've read so far?
