Sorry - hopefully I'll remember by the end of the challenge! :-)

I'll be reading Wilder Girls and Save the Date for BOM. I tried to borrow Gideon from Overdrive, but the wait is too long. If I can get it from my local library (it's not available right now) before the month is up I'll read that one for BOM points as well.

I have another book that's only 196 pages - I can add it if we need it or leave it off if it would push us over - LMK.

If we need more books for the week I can probably squeeze in another book or two - LMK as I'll need to change things around a bit.

I think it's just in the US. I was watching the news this morning - there is a local taco shop called Tito's which is kinda famous in Los Angeles, and they are partnering with Tito's vodka and having a party in their parking lot today. Wish I could go!

I've got the book on hold on Overdrive and I don't think I'll get it in time for DQ - I'm sorry Lexi.
I've also got Gideon on hold, but not sure I'll get it in time to count for TT at all. 😾

I also have plenty, but here are a few that I was "forced" to read for challenges:
1. Into the Wild
A long time ago I read Into Thin Air, by this author, and thought I'd get an exciting adventure story. But this story was actually boring and there was nothing exciting or fascinating about the subject of the book - just a young guy who was misunderstood, took off and put his family through a lot of misery.
2. Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe
Well, the movie was definitely better than the book! There was so much skipping around that it was hard to keep track of what was going on. The only thing I really got out if it is that thing haven't changed as much as we think on race relations.
3. The Friend
Lots of rambling. The author talked a lot about buying books and then abandoning them because she didn't like them, which is what I wish I could have done with this book, but I was reading it for a challenge!
Honorable mention:
The Upside of Unrequited
