I'd participate in the relay. I guess we need to find a book to start with.

I know normally animals don't count as characters. What about talking dragons? Wondering if something Toothless does could be used for completing a Task.

Also, I've really been enjoying the How to Drain Your Dragon series. I am trying to give multiple options per book so it can maybe be used somewhere else if we end up with too many dragons. At this point I don't know if it is more helpful to claim a task or just post what it fits when I finish. Sometimes I don't know until I've read the book what it will fit.

I think we may already have a book or two that fit death in the title task.

How are we doing on U for characters? I've seen a lot posted.

Also, I'm going to try reading 1Q84. I don't think it fits anything for TWT but i haven't read it yet to know for sure. I wonder how the title would work for either maze or spell-out. Maybe it just doesn't work.

There were multiple tasks that my book fit so it got placed on a more difficult one to fill. There are also 2 places that require a sword on the cover.

Em if you want to read any of them feel free. I have the audio for the first book, but I need to finish my current one and I have another I was hoping to listen to before starting How to Train Your Dragon.

How to Train Your Dragon is 30,774 words so that should be good.

The second book How to Be a Pirate is 27,308 words so I should be good for both books. I've got a few audiobooks lined up so don't put me down for it yet but I'm adding it to my audiobook list.

Ugh arbookfinder never has the books, but I will look and make sure it is the 25,000 words.

What is the rule for middle grade books? I was looking at our dragon tasks and considering listening to a book that would fit one of them however while to book is over 200 pages the audio is only about 3.5hours. What if the book is 200 pages and the audio is 2 hours and 54 minutes? I found a series with dragons.

My brain gets all jumbled up in Uno and tower rules and I don't know what the rule is here?
