Hi everyone. I started a big update on the both the tracking and official SS and got interrupted by family arriving early. I will work on it more later but I haven’t gotten books from the thread on there yet. Sorry.

@Becky will Between Sinners and Saints fit anywhere else. I checked and it is not MPG Holiday. It would have to have holiday show up as one of the genres on the home page and it doesn't.

Another request - please acknowledge that you have read this message.

1. If you are claiming tasks and need them added to the ss please put that in your post. Apoorv and I will acknowledge it one we have completed it.
2. If you are claiming tasks and adding them to the SS yourself please read over the last few posts and make sure you aren’t taking a task someone has already claimed.

On the note of acknowledging messages if we ask you something about a book you read please respond in the thread so we know you have completed it. Most of you are already doing this but if not it really helps me.

A couple of reminders, announcements, and requests.

Does anyone enjoy writing? If so would you be willing to write our story? This is the JACKANORY part of the challenge. I would really appreciate it if someone could do that. Any of the books on our team sheet that are highlighted in yellow are not used on tasks or bingo so can be used.

Also, I'm working on getting our official SS up to date. I'm swamped with having just started a new job and I expected to have more help. I'm updating alphabetically so I still haven't gotten to Laila Jane - Nikk yet. I'll keep working my way through them.

Another reminder, I know that our Captain and my other co-captain and I have not been as active as we hoped to be, but please remember to post on the team thread every now and then. In the sign ups you agreed to check in once a week. I'm not asking for that since we captains are less active, but please do check in a few times a month.

I fixed the issue with Well Met.

I’ll look at it. The formulas are good unless someone reads the same book then we just have to override the formula.

I know it The Odessey is written more like a novel, and the Mods are talking about how to deal with MPG Poetry books that clearly meet the word count or aren't actually "poetry" for future challenges. Sorry I didn't catch it before you read it.

Also, if you don't want to read a classic I can cover that task, just let me know.

I've got your BOMs on the SS. Do see if they fit for any of the tasks as you read because they can be used for that too.

Just so everyone knows. There is a Fourth BOM for June in the NBRC backroom. It is Prickly Business and starts on the 9th. If you are interested you'll need to join the backroom for the BOM discussion.
