The storm was pretty bad. It’s knocked down tree, a few outages, and lots of floods but yes having the power out was the worst that I’m happy to have. I do have a bit of clean up and the outside but nothing major. Glad for that. I was afraid of my neighbors huge tree since it was swaying terribly. My husband hates the tree because we worry that if it falls it will destroy our home. So yeah we watch that tree every time we hear a bad storm is coming 🥺😬

Darn power outages, no fun 😕 I'm back

Ok I'm back. The bad winds knocked my wifi out and I'm back on again. That hasn't happened in a long while. We've been lucky the past few years but I guess we were due for a power outage but glad it wasn't for long.

Wow that is a really productive day. I'm finishing up with one now. I didn't get much reading in earlier but that's ok since I read most of the book late last night. I had everyone in bed and stayed up and finished my long book and then started the next :)

Between the heat and my family I just couldn’t take it so I just hopped right in.
