The mini challenge looks interesting! I might delay finishing some of my books that I know will work for that.

Not this year though. I went to the ER yesterday for stomach pains and they’re keeping me for tests and a possible surgery for my gallbladder. Keep me in your thoughts this weekend.
The upside is that I’m getting lots of reading done while I’m just waiting around.

I usually read whatever copy I can get my hands on either through the library or other sources. Some genres I prefer to listen to the audiobook - memoirs and thrillers. Sometimes the narrator can throw me off and I need to read the copy instead.
2) Do you have any specific or particular/peculiar reading "rituals" or habits?
I can't really read before bed. It just wakes me up and I end up staying up too late. I always check the page numbers and chapter numbers as I'm reading to track how close I am to the end and how the story is progressing.

Thank you! I missed that 🤦🏻♀️
