New Card as above... It's not much prettier but I suggest we go for a coverall with this one, as the banked books aren't falling into a pattern.

Please check the spreadsheet for Available squares. I think most are reasonable. We have about 17 books to complete it. With maybe a few more banked books plugging in squares.

We still have 3 rewards to use. If we do coverall I can request an extra Power Square, unless someone has a different suggestion.
Again, rewards are as follows:
*Change one square to a "free" square where you can read any book
*Use a book from the Travel Agent Account
*Replace one of your squares with another square on the board. (Request via Mod)
*Request a new card (Request via Mod)
*Add an additional power square to your board, Must be a new board (Request via Mod)
*Increase all undiscovered x2 powersquares to x3 power squares (Request via Mod)
*Pre-Feed the Bingoshark on your current board (Request via Mod)

Whoo hoo!!! Our lovely Mods switched our squares using our reward. And 36 points baby!!!!

no, no! You are a great contributor! I've been reading the threads and have noticed other teams losing their players. ;)

It's the same for me. I audiobook when driving or busy. When I only have a book to read, I have a hard finding the time sitting still to read. I only have one more week of work and then I will have more time.
This challenge is nice, because we can bank books and use them for later. Great for slow and fast readers!

Still no word from mods... I think they are getting busy too. I'm a bit worried that it is too late to switch squares. I hope not :(

I think your right Gea. I'm getting cross eyed looking at all the open squares. I'm waiting on a response from mods about claiming a reward from our railroad pattern.

Good Morning Polar Bears!

We have a new card which has been somewhat filled in. If everyone would take a few minutes to look at our Bingo Planning tab and see what they could claim.

Currently we are looking at 2 options :

1. Go for a coverall, using a reward to switch out the current BOM book. Taking a few days to complete ... OR

2. Go for a Lucky 7, using a reward for the 7th in series book as Paul has a 740 page book to finish , which will take 2-3 days. I will finish my book today, so that would be the last square to finish the Lucky 7.

I am more inclined to choose option #2 as so many other squares on this board are tricky, difficult and cannot be filled with a currently banked book.

There are a lot more unclaimed books than usual, and we might want to consider that 7 more closely. I think we only have 1 1/2 weeks left , with about 4 rewards to use. We also gain a reward with the Lucky 7 ---Pre-Feed the Bingoshark on your current board (Request via Mod)

Good point Emily! It makes complete sense!
I'm currently looking at using a reward we earned to switch a square to another square (from our railroad card). Maybe we can use it for that BOM square and fill in the remaining squares.
I have some time this morning and will post squares not claimed at this point. It shouldn't be too many.
No worries about reading, I think overall some team members are "burning out", while others are picking up speed. We are doing well, slowing gaining on the other teams!

I wasn't sure because when we did the Railroad tracks I didn't see the reward afterwards- (Replace one of your squares with another square on the board. (Request via Mod)). So we should have that one somewhere .

I agree Camilla, we could use a reward to change it .

I'm reading The Woman in Cabin 10 , which could be used for the X Square. X is the roman numeral for 10!

Does everyone want to attempt a coverall?
