35559 Finishing One for the Money!

I ended up not reading any of the books I had planned.

35559 I read this book for another challenge: Hounded. The MC, who has lived for 21,000 years, uses the name Atticus O'Sullivan in modern times, which works for O, but his real surname is O Suileabhain. Can that still work for O?

35559 Everybody seems to be more generous with their ratings this year. (Or maybe it's just that a lot of good books were read this year.)

Most of my 5-star ratings this year were the Kate Daniels series when I read books 1-8 in one go for Tower Teams.

I liked The Shadow of the Wind too and...Quickly Wear the Face of the Devil. The second one's...BL...

I don't think a pumpkin milkshake would be that bad. Pumpkin is kind of sweet after all.

I've been studying electric fields and forces the past few days for a test. (Although I think I still flunked it...) Made my head spin from all the integration and formulas.

35559 I hope your son will recover well, Suzanne!

My top 3 was gratitude, teamwork, and love. Wow, kind of didn't expect that, but the ones at the bottom of the list were just as I suspected.

I'm reading it now. Pretty gory & a little off-putting for me... Are you considering it?"

I had been wondering why there's a lot of people shelving it as DNF on GR.

35559 I have an O and an L book here.

Does this mean that we have to read a B, L, D, and two Os first before the next set, or do we just have to make sure that the completed books, even if not read in order, can spell BLOOD multiple times?

Same here! I think most of them only join the Filipino-exclusive groups in Goodreads. Yes, I'm from Manila.

35559 I actually haven't heard of this movie before until I searched it just now. It's an animation film, so it shouldn't be too scary...right? I can't stand the scares in horror films and movies. Books are fine though.

35559 Hello! I'm from the Philippines. This is also my first Wheelathon :)

35559 Sorry I’ve been MIA for most of June. I’ve finally been able to breathe from school work. I’ll try to catch up this July!
Jun 09, 2018 10:18AM

35559 I remember that there’s one book in the Kate Daniels series where the virus that makes shapeshifters was completely neutralized and destroyed from the body. The one with Erra, I think? Would that work for DADA?
35559 It's not like his co-actors and actresses could complain about working with him. Ugly personality or not, he's one of the best actors and has a lot of influence. His presence is a moneymaker, and in starring in a play with him, they would get a large profit and boost their reputations. They just put up with him for their own sakes.

I signed up for Rosemary and Rue, and I Hunt Killers. I'm not really a fan of WW plots because they're usually pretty dark, and this one sounds like it.
35559 Roarke has his hands in practically every industry there is. It's like everything has his name stamped on it, hahaha.

Just finished the book. For the killer, (view spoiler)

I thought Draco can't be any more despicable than he is. It's disgusting, where he gets his kicks from.

35559 Congrats to the players!

I was keeping track of the game, and boy was it tense and fast-paced. I entertained the idea of joining in, but I don't think I could keep up with that kind of pace. It was pretty crazy.
35559 I'll be joining in! I'm also up for writing DQs for Team Tonks.

But does taking over mean the mods will be writing the DQs? Is it just that they picked an extra book?
35559 I'm signing up as backup for DQs for Team Tonks.
