@Nicole. Thank you! I fish in Pro Musky Tournaments. It's my 14th year. on the Pro circuit. It's fun but a lot of work. There are prizes. this tourney is what they call the Mega event and 1st place is $50,000. So fingers crossed! And good for you for running today. I haven't found time in a week. So much for that training plan.

@Devann. I thought I saw that Sophie had a book for Group 2 task 4. But I can find one as a back up. I'm already half way through my first book for countdown stage, I'm listening while packing.

Yeah I was taking the word detective literally. I considered doing something from the Stephanie Plum series, but her actual job title is bounty hunter or bond agent. So I decided that wasn’t going to work.

It would probably be easier for me if you read Group two first. And I'm not holding anyone up that way. And so I'm clear on the rules, we can start reading books for groups, so long as we don't finish them before the group we are on? So if you all are working on group 2, I can start reading for group 1, so long as I don't finish a book?
I haven't really been in a read ahead situation yet.

And who knows, if my boyfriend annoys me enough, I might just earbud him and then I'll go through a lot of audible books. It's happened before :)

I am out of town this week at a fishing tourney. I'll have time to read for the countdown stage. But I have a lot of fishing time in front of me. I will have some time at night.

If you are good for group two, that takes a bit of pressure off me and I can start reading for the spell-it-out portion.

I see that I have 7, 8, 10 and that's perfect!

Work is a circus today. I'm going to be here another few hours. I'll try and look at group 1 & 2 tonight and see what I can contribute.

I guess I need to double check on 10. I don't know what MPG is, but I have an absolute ton of books listed as crime. So I'm sure I have something.

Same here. If I can’t get to my computer, I likely won’t post. Terrible app.

We will be fine. Plenty of time. I started looking for shorter books also. That helps a lot. I'll shoot for two a day and 3 on my days off.
