Lol I hope you enjoy them as much as I did Vivian. The first one was a bit... eh... because of the editing, but everything gets waaayyy better in the following books. Oh and just a heads up, they're all cliffhangers. I have a serious love/hate relationship with those things lol

Oh man... Book 3 and I'm absolutely ACHING!!! I need to know what happens next! Please don't make me wait too long!!

At least there has been a bit (albeit a teeny tiny bit) of clarity about where Izzy's love life is heading, but there's still so much more to learn! Like why is Izzy having those dreams? (I think its because she's a reincarnation of the woman Zane loved.) Does Annabelle meet her match with Tim? And what the heck is wrong with Muriel??? Oh! And what are those blasted witches REALLY up to? And where in the world (in time?) is Granny? Smh... all these questions and no answers... *le sigh*

The mystery in these books takes precedence over the story and even though I'm a HUGE romance buff, I actually didn't mind. It made the romantic parts that much sweeter.

I'm really glad I came across this author. I most definitely will be picking up more of her works in the future.

This is soo true... and I should have reworded that to say that it can be read as a standalone. Especially if you're not too keen on finding out what comes next. But I'm gonna read that barbarian book Val put up in the freebies section first lol. IT'S CALLING MY NAME!!!

This was actually a really, really good book. I only gave it 4 stars because of the editing (holy question marks Batman!), or lack thereof, and the fact that the resolution of the mystery seemed a bit anticlimactic. This may have been the author's intention, but it fell a little flat to me.

I do like Izzy though. She is a feisty, funny, no-nonsense type of chick. She had me cracking up. I'm eager to see what'll transpire between her and Julius since I get the feeling he's got the hots for her. And what'll happen with her and Elias? (Ménage anyone?? Lol) I feel like she's going to end up having to choose at some point, but if I were her, I'd keep them both! (Selfish yes, but I dont care! Lol) AND I can't wait to see how she deals with Jasper (I've got some words for him myself, but I don't want to offend you ladies).

Anyway, there's sooo many questions left to be answered even though this story is a standalone. There are so many doors left to open and I intend to open them all (author permitting of course) :)
