True, that can be misleading. I’ve gotten to where when a book is classified as UF, I’m expecting no/less romance and more focus on world building and character growth. The same can occur in PNR, but with that label I’m gonna assume some romance (closed door or open).

Re: Written in Red, the romance fits for me buts it’s so minor that when I recommended the book to a friend I never mentioned it.
