Yes, the beginning is very strong. It's wonderful when you want the story to hurry up and slow down at the same time. Almost like eating your favorite foods. It's gone to fast but it doesnt stip you from trying to savor it!! =)

I agree with Felicia. But as you push on if it's not your cup of tea- no worries.

She's super cute. To be honest- I'm wicked tired managing house and responsibilities, not to include finding me time, and I have a supportive husband.

I can not even begin to imagine the kind of frustration a single mother like Jessica would be going through. Michele B does a fantastic job of writing that i felt the frustration, pain, anger, fear, love, etc.

Jessica's daughter is wicked adorable and I enjoy everything minute of her intersection with Patrick.

I also agree that I like the build up of these first 6 chapters. The ground world is written well and it makes the reader really want to know more!

I'm in agreement with the lycans. It sucks to be the puppet on the string. Shifters are my favorite so it's interesting to see them in the predicament.

I'm only at chapter 8 in the limo but looking forward to more!!

I must admit I am happy the death of Nerian was short bc it was disgusting. Blood squirting out *shuddles* I seen a main artery severed and sickkkkkk. Glad it was quick.

Okay back to Nightwalker. I am on Chapter 3 as well. I decided not to read ahead of the allotted chapters but it's very hard. I am wicked curious to learn what Danaus is.

Danaus is like candy dangling in front of her after the dentist say 'NO CANDY.'

But after 600 years of life I would definitely grasp whatever titillates me!!

No these one were the cover of an Anatomy text or something... since she works in the Medical field. I have to go back and she if there was a link of where to buy them. I am curious what other kinds there are!=)

One of my all time favorite series is Chronicles of the Warlands by Elizabeth Vaughan.

I love everything about the series. The setting, characters, relationships, action and romance!=D
