Victoria gulped.
How devious does he intend to be? She signed unwillingly, 'I am in, if she is in.' She then pointed to the crack where the dog had come from and Shana hid.

"What's your favorite flower?" Lorelei asked, wanting quite a bit to show off.

"I'm not leaving because I live here," Crystal retorted to her action.
Trista rolled her eyes. "Stop bickering you two."

Victoria narrowed her eyes. She looked down, only to spell out, 'I know.'
Mozart shook his head and barked.
No! No you don't!Victoria bit her lip.
What is it?Mozart looekd up.
I know. Nut you don't need too...yet.Victoria looked back to Galrick and signed, 'What do you mean?'

"True..." Trista sighed. "I can't nelieve I was so nieve."
Crystal gulped. "Are you saying we should do so?"

Victoria gulped and wriggled her arm free from Roshala.
Roshala shoved Victoria at Galrick. "Come on. Talk."
Victoria looked around and whistled something of a weak squeal.
Mozart jumped free from the wall and over to Victoria. He yipped.
You're safe! I told you you;d be okay.Victoria nodded. She looked back to Galrick. She signed, 'What do you want with me?"

Trista shrugged. "The letter only said that our parents were murdered while at the Casino. They were vacationing there for a honeymoon."
Crystal nodded. "Then my parents went to investigate, but found out nothing." She nudged Trista. "Her dad was a cop and her mom was a psyciatrist. My mom and dad were both personal trainers." She sighed. "I got the exact same letter back from the police as Trista did."

Victoria inhaled deeply and let out an ear splitting screech. Inhaling again, she let out another bone rattling scream.
Mozart whimpered and ran over to the hole, squeezing in beside Shana without knowing she was there.
Victoria took advantage of he doubled over officers to run, but was blocked.
Roshala had her by the arm.

Lorelei gripped her hand and then released it. A short flower sprouted from her hand. She flipped her hand over, grasping the bluebonnet to make it look freshly picked. She half-smiled and shrugged. "It's nothing much. I have the power to make things grow at my will for protection."

Victoria bit her lip. She didn't understand anyone around here. This was a crazy messed up place that she found to be as creepy as that hobo that tried to take her lollipop when she was on her way to school with Lorelei when she was seven. That had been extremely creepy.
She looked around.
Maybe...I can try.Mozart looked at her.
Do it.She shook her head.
I-I can't. I only did it once, an it was too great for me to handle.Try.She breathed and nodded in her answer.
Okay. She stepped back and looked around, trying to examine her surroundings as Shana was doing.
Where to strike? She locked her gaze on on large group of about four officers. She took a deep breathe, ready to start.
I hope this works.

"My parents were killed in Las Vegas quite a few years ago. I thought ya'll might have an idea about what happened..." Trista confessed.
Crystal was taken aback. "Mine too."

Victoria's eyes widened. She signed, 'I can't do anything but eholocation...'
Roshala smirked. "Dance for us monkeys."

"You're not alone there. My mother was murdered and then I moved in with an aunt who went to jail and now it's just me and Victoria. Victoria isn't 'normal' either. She's deaf." Lorelei tried to relate, but didn't know how else to put it. She wanted a friendship with this girl because she seemed like she could help her rescue Victoria.
How can I tell her? I don't just want to come straight out and say, 'I think you can help me! What do ya say to going into danger to rescue my sis?' To straight forward. Won't do.

Rosa nodded and picked up the dog anyway to show him to Galrick. She helped Victoria up by the hand and dragged her over to Galrick.
Victoria struggled against Rosa's grip.
Roshala sighed and lifted ehr hand. Victoria lifted off the ground and went over to Galrick.
Victoria sat up, eyes wide, before she realized what had happened. She stood up and looked at Galrick. She had no idea if he knew Sign Language, but she tried. She signed, 'What do you want?'
Mozart jumped from Rosa arms and trotted over to Victoria, his tail wagging.
It's okay.Victoria's eyes widened.
Who said that?Me.
Who's me?
The dog.
Mozart?
Yes.
How-?
It's a gift. Now listen to the strange man.Victoria nodded slowly, her gaze falling off of the dog and back to Galrick. She signed hello to be nice and waved with a meak smile. She again signed, 'What do you want with me?'

Lorelei nodded and waited for Laurel to catch up. "Something makes me think that I can help you. Is there anything about this Shana-character I should know?" She asked skeptically.

Trista gulped and turned to Crystal. "Crystal! Don't scare them or scar them. We want to help because maybe they can help us."
Crystal narrowed her eyes. "With what?" She snapped.
Trista sighed. "I think they may know about Mom an Dad."

Lorelei nodded. "Very much so. Now, please, let us get on with out lives." She whipped around and started walking away. When she realized Laurel wasn't there she turned back with a short sigh. "Are you coming?"

"Oh, right. You don't know who Victoria is..." Lorelei glanced at Laurel. "She's my sister."

Lorlei rolled her eyes. "Sorry. Force of habit. You're lucky I didn't do it in Sign language." She swiped her hand over her mouth and half smiled. "S-sorry. It has to do with Victoria."

"I have no idea who that blonde chic is. I think she may have had something to with my si-" She broke off. She had already said too much. She glanced at the cigarette in disguist. "Why do you do that?" She distainfully pointed to it. "
That. That can give you cancer, you know. I'm eighteen, the legal age. You look...way older. But still, it's immature," She lectured him.
