Her logic is stupid! Instead of you know maybe wondering where the HELL she was and look for someone else first, like Jace maybe. She so casually takes a shower and then goes through a wardrobe in someone else's room and just picks a random shirt and takes off the tag and wears it!!! WHO THE HELL DOES THAT?! You're in someone else's house (not to mention that someone is very creepy), you have no idea where you are and you think you have the right to wear someone else's clothing without any permission. My first reaction after waking up from passing out or whatever would be to go look for Jace and be like yo where the hell are we and what's the plan! (hide spoiler)]
Sorry for my weird and long rant I just don't get her.

Those are good points, I don't know if it suppose to die out completely or not either. I just remember Cassie pointing out that the reason the witchlight went dim was because Tessa wasn't a Shadowhunter. So I assumed it meant she had no Shadohunter blood, especially cause it's dominant.

Yes there's only one Carstair that we've read about, but he has relatives. & this is what Cassie said herself:

We don't know if Emma's a direct descendant of Jem's yet. I agree with your last comment about Cassie. But how is Jocelyn the descendant of Henry & Charlotte?
