the cover yeah, cause when i asked her about the interview her editor did for CA, she said that she doesn't get to decide what goes on the outside of her book (that's the editor's job) but she told them that she wouldn't want Tessa to be on the cover, since that would mean either Jem or Will had to be on the cover for Clockwork Princess and that's just weird

btw Jem will be on one of the other covers, he's gonna be on the Clockwork Prince cover and Tessa's gonna be on the Clockwork Princess cover

here's another excerpt from Clockwork Angel:
"Tessa could not remember a time when she had not owned the clockwork angel. It had belonged to her mother once, and her mother had been wearing it when she’d died. After that it had sat in her mother’s jewelry box until her brother Nathaniel took it out one day to see if it was still in working order.
The angel was no bigger than Tessa’s pinky finger, a tiny statuette made of brass, with folded bronze wings no larger than a cricket’s, a delicate metal face with shut crescent eyelids, and hands crossed over a sword in front. A thin chain that looped beneath the wings allowed it to be worn around the neck like a locket..."

Team Jem from the very first excerpt i read about him :) i absolutely love him because:
he's the nice one
he plays the violin (i have a thing for guys who play the violin, don't mind me it's weird)
he's mysterious
he seems to be the patient one out of the two
even though he's not a strong person physically and had a rough childhood, he's still a talented shadowhunter
he seems to be the more mature one, also wiser

so yeah definitely Jem (oh and i agree Evelyn he does have a cool nickname)
