happy new cat, collette, let's see some phoaties.hope she doesn't turn out to be a psycho nutbag like bob z! this morning - a squirrel, two crows (siding with the squirrel) and the wee goofball, under the neighbour's decking, up the wall of the house (this is when the crows intervened), and much noise made in the chase! no animals or birds were harmed in this incident, but it did nothing for my nerves!

everything val said, best thoughts for recovery, les.you have to to contact social work/social worker to outline your hygiene needs. they are obliged to work with your care provider to ensure this need is met (if they're being stingy with time, ask for 2 visits to run one after the other in order to assist you with this).

i too enjoy the vocal stylings of phil oakey very much - ye 'hink yer stertin' sum'hin', Campbell? well, stert stoapin', ur stoap stertin'! :)the above song is a tart, however, they were past their best (before anyone had ever heard of them!) before 'dare' came out!

yesterday i received pfizer vacc, no.2. no problem, until 11a.m. today when the reaction hit - was compelled to lie on my bed and sleep for two hours, and then woke with a coldness in my bones i haven't felt in many years - put on my hoodie and woolly bunnet and did nothing but shiver for a further two hours, feeling like keech till i fell asleep for another hour - seem to be o.k.(ish) now. strange!
well, it is a vital post-punk statement album - a body of work influenced by gang of four/keith hudson/capt.beefheart/ry cooder? was what we were shooting for - what we got was probably something else! yeah, 'magic' indeed!
in my submission notes i requested a new number in brackets - be 12 or 13 i think, they obviously haven't got round to it yet.
