I am a tenacious reader and finish everything I start. It has happened, on occasion, that I put a book away and pick it up later. This sometimes helps by reading in another mood and from another perspective.

Tammy, it looks like you have some serious and interesting reading to do.

I used to save them all. Without thinking I would nestle them into my library and pick another. For years this was automatic; until I hit the wall. Physical books take up space and eventually any given space fills to capacity and reality sets in. I panicked at the thought of not being to collect more books and then mentally I devised a plan. I decided to read some books and reluctantly part with them. In time my library would be reduced but that wouldn’t be enough to quench my book acquiring hunger so I went cyber. My physical library is now showing a few empty spaces and now my Kindle Cloud library is larger (and better accessible) than the one at home. I am a little more selective about the physical books I save and look for hard back and first editions to fill the emptied space.

A book is a book.....if it's readable I'm all for it.

NO. Good or bad it sticks to me like day old eggyokes on a plate.

Vampire novels and shifter stories aren't my cup of tea.

That depends on two things: 1) The series and 2) my mood.

thirty-six and a half hours; if the coffee flows freely, the food keeps coming and the story is engaging.

I'm with Margaret, my eyes hone in on books and I can never say no. My library at home is filled and is rapidly overflowing to other parts of the house.
