"On page 202, I got this book for my birthday because I adored the movie. Remind me to make a list of the differences between the two later.
I will say that I like movie!Ryland more. He's a lot more awkward. In the book, he understands that Rocky is pointing at something behind him right away. Movie Ryland thinks Rocky is just tapping and taps back until Rocky gets super frustrated. That misunderstanding felt more realistic" — Jul 14, 2026 06:25AM
