Yes ...sure , And i dont know whether i am right in this , but i think NASA going to the moon again is useless , or there should be another plan which i have no idea of.....But going to Mars is much more difficult , but it'll be a Next giant lead for mankind , and i know there soo many people on Earth who are trying oppose these super expensive Space missions , considering the ongoing problems on Earth.....But above all oppositions , i would say , Everything must go on .....Even though we have money right now , there are scarcity problems which government hasn't been able to solve .....So going to mars May be costly , but it'll open up a new window for Humanity .....And "Exploration" is how Humanity Works .....And who knows what new things we get to learn on Mars .......Its totally Amazing ....Above all this , Going to Mars inspires new people to become scientists....Remember The moon landing in 1969?....People were soo emotional and the landing scene in TV gave all humans irrespective of country And religion "A sense of Bonding and oneness ... and after that there was a rapid Increase in Space enthusiasts following years , lots of scientists were born , with new ideas ........
Imagine , just a Black and white and blurred moon landing video could create such a Mass effect
and give rise to scientists...what can a Mars landing Video could do ?????

Amazingly said .....But i came across an article a few days back ......And it almost convinced me that mathematics sometime uses philosophy to come to its conclusions....For example....there's something called THE OCCUM's RAZOR or law of parsimony....laid down by a philosopher , Which basically says "Among competing hypotheses, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected" , basically means The Simplest Explanation is always turns out to be the correct one ,,,,,this may not be true in all cases , but i read that even Copernicus used this principle to arrive at his conclusion that we live in a Heliocentric System .........and einstein used it while doing his math too .....and the renowned astronomer Carl Sagan also believed in this principle .......i was surprised with the simplicity of that principle and yet so powerful that it has influenced math , Astronomy........Wonderful

Hello ........Since the time when human brains first evolved , Mathematics has been with us .........And with time , we knew , its not just a set of numbers that makes Mathematics....it's ...its just the way we understand our surroundings ...our earth , our universe .......Right from counting the number of biscuits in an Oreo to understanding the behaviour of Distant Black holes , it has ruled us ....So WHY DO YOU THINK MATHEMATICS IS THE ULTIMATE LANGUAGE TO UNDERSTAND THINGS , CAN't it be philosophy or any other subject??

So you can join them if you wish to ,,,,and we have a lot of topics to discuss in the News and Discussion folder in the group's home page ,, you should check it out friend .....

Oh yes ... i did , i dont think anyone else in the group did

Oh ...Thats's good to hear ...welcome

Wow , that's ....a question to ask , if we somehow get the answer , then we are done , everything will change ......as of now we have been able to boost some particles upto 99.9999% of speed of light but not 100% ,,, its impossible according to special relativity for anything in space to travel faster than light .......so thats question is definetely worth asking
Starman wrote: "I would ask "Do you understand this universe in terms of Math ? or is there an other superior language? and what is it ?""Wow ....that's a damm good question ,,,if here exist a language better than math , then that's gonna have a lot great impact on our world ..........Because everything around us is made by calculating directly or indirectly .......that would lead to a lot of technological advancments

Mine would be "What is universe and its principles according to your understanding "...........then surely i would expect a different answer than earthlings

If somehow you were permitted or happen to meet aliens(Provided they are very advanced than you) and given a chance to ask a single most question ...What would it be ????.....Comment here

Dark matter has a profound effect on our universe, shaping galaxies and even leaving its fingerprints on the energy left over from the Big Bang. Despite its relevance, dark matter is also extremely hard to detect — rather than observe it directly, astronomers instead look for clues based on its gravitational interaction with normal matter (the protons, electrons, and neutrons that make up everything we see and touch). Recent observations made with NASA’s Chandra X-ray Observatory have hinted that dark matter may be “fuzzier” than previously thought.

Welcome to the group ....Glad to have you in this group

I am currently reading death by black hole by Neil Degras..."Wow ...Welcome my friend ....Thanks for choosing this group ... presently the group is inactive because we are lacking active members ... as soon as we get atleast 10 members , we'll definetely exchange information , discover new books and gain lots of knowledge ...Thank you

I am Alok , and am very much interested in Astronomy and Space sciences ...I love reading to Carl sagan,Stephen Hawkins Etc

Please introduce yourselves and your taste in books , this will help us to have better Discussions
