Me too, didn't see him as leading man material. She's contracted for five books right? Could be more if they sell well, which they are. I think we're in for the long haul here!

I'm not too worried about a little detour, sounds like she will be going back to Raphael/Elena in the future. Dmitri was never my fave but I'm sure she'll make him irresistible by the end!
That made my day :-D And Archangel's Blade is out the same day! Choices, choices. I'm thinking Demon Marked first but umm it's probably gonna be whatever arrives first on the day
[short]Wild & Steamy-The kitten-tiger and the monk-*****- The tangle is the most fascinating place. I would love to see it brought to life in a movie/comic book. And there's a slight lead in to the third novel.(Also she's working on a Simon novella, oh yeah!!)
I had to put down The Subtle Knife when I was rereading on a train because I could feel the tears coming (view spoiler)Also Dune Messiah - I really did not know I was so invested in the characters!
Then as a personal fav Demon Forged, though I knew already I was way overinvested, that and A Dance with Dragons =3am feeling ill and tearful

True, I was so confused at the beginning when she hated him - I really couldn't understand how anyone could!I know they do Kindle (and probably other formats) for computers and smartphones now. It's short enough to read on a computer screen without eye strain
