Ephona looked at Kovu and tilted her head curiously. "My name is Ephona."

Maximum smiled at Lucky.

Maximum looked at him and smiled softly. "It is nothing... I am fine."

Ephona sat down and looked up at the sky, tracing a design in the dirt with her claw.

Ephona looked at Freeze and rolled her eyes. "You can if you want me to teach you a lesson." She laughed softly, smiling at him.

Maximum looked at Lucky and sighed.

Maximum looked at Lucky and smiled softly. "If I didn't love her like a sister, she would be regretting calling me Maxie."

Ephona looked at Maximum and smiled. "See ya later Maxie!" She turned back to Freeze and walked towards him.

Maximum looked at her. "I told you not to call me that Ephee." She laughed, feeling truely at ease.

Maximum looked at Lucky and nodded.

Ephona nodded and sighed. "Okay."

Maximum bit her lip and then looked back at Ephona. "Ephona..."

Ephona sighed and looked at Maximum. "I know."

Maximum turned to look at Lucky. "What?"

Ephona sighed and looked at Maximum. "Maybe I should leave... I don't know if I am welcome here." She glanced at Freeze and sighed, looking away.

Maximum smiled at Lucky and then looked at Ephona. "You can't leave!"

Ephona sighed and looked at Maximum before answering him. "I was tired of traveling and wanted to find a place to stay."

Ephona turned to look at Freeze and tilted her head. "Excuse me? Were you talking to me?"

Maximum looked at Freeze and then down at the ground, walking over to Ephona. "She is an old friend of mine before we had to go our seperate ways."
