Maximum looked up at Crash. "Morning..." She turned back to watch the pups.
Maximum looked at her pups and then at Lucky. She sighed and laid down on the grass, not far away from her puppies.
Maximum felt the heat rise to her cheeks, thankful that she had fur to hide her blush. She cleaned her puppies as she looked around.
Maximum looked at the flower and smiled softly, bending her head down so she could use her paw to put it near her ear. She started to nudge the pups outside and carried one by the scruff in her mouth.
Maximum woke up and smiled at the warm rays of sun. "It feels nice..." She looked down at the pups and cleaned them all.
Maximum nodded and checked the puppies one last time before falling asleep.
Maximum took her pups and placed them close to her, curling around them and using her tail to keep them warm. She looked over at Lucky and licked his ear gently.
Maximum got up carfully and walked over to Lucky. "I don't care if you don't need them, you will take them anyways." She collapsed to the ground, to tired to stand up.
Maximum snarled softly and looked at him. "I do care if you are sick."
Maximum turned her head to Lucky when he sneezed and narrowed her eyes. "What about you?"
Maximum watched him go and curled around her puppies.
Maximum smiled and licked the back of his neck gently.
Maximum licked behind his ears.
Maximum looked at him. "I will." She started grooming his fur, pressing her warm body against his.
Maximum looked at Lucky and whined softly. "You didn't need to do that... now you are all cold. Get over here and I'll warm you up." She took a small bite of the elk.
Maximum shook her head and looked at the puppies. She smiled happily and brushed over them with her tail.
Maximum nodded softly. "I am just worried that something will go wrong."
Maximum looked at the puppies and then at Lucky.
Maximum licked his head. "Love ya too."
Maximum relaxed and nodded softly.
