I’m back this week with the story about a boy in a yellow rain slicker who’s made some interesting observations about the weather. You might enjoy his conversation with one of the town’s older inhabitants. (BTW, Miss Kelly was my 8th grade teacher (;>) )

Was just notified by the people over at Story Monsters Ink magazine that my illustrated children's storybook in verse, Rufus Finds a Home, just won First Place in the Aging.Senior Living category.

I thank the magazine and the judges for this honor.

Not sure yet what I'm going to do this week. Very tight box, again. I'm more atuned to thinking "out of the box." Maybe I can come up with a story about a tree falling and . . . well, you get the "picture" (no pun intended).
