Thank you. Even more great news. I donated my latest book, "Beautiful,Strong Women:Poems of The Journey To Overcoming Domestic Violence" to a local shelter. They called and asked if I would be a guest at their Sexual Violence Prevention Awareness walk event in a few weeks. I had already signed up to walk but now I will be a special guest who will read a poem from my book.

I would like to announce that last week my 3rd poetry book was released. It's called Beautiful, Strong Women:Poems of The Journey To Overcoming Domestic Violence.

No sales yet but I am hoping that this book will be a success due to the timing of it's release and what has been happening recently. I have reached out to people and businesses and offered 1 a free copy, but no response or a purchase. I am praying that this book will be a success and get into the hands of many people. For some reason people just want to say congratulations or like my announcement. Hoping to get some sales going. I will be shipping a few copies to a bookstore soon in California. Hopefully that helps.

Wow. Sorry for this mishap. I too have read a lot of your comments and they always seem supportive or simply sharing knowledge. Someone may not know what they are talking about or just being cruel. I remember when I first joined Goodreads and announced I had joined on Social Media, someone texted me(anonymously) saying I could not label my own book as a good read book and that I was lame for doing so. Clearly that person had no clue or understanding how the site works because all I did was set up an author page which is allowed for authors. If I could have I would have texted them back stating this.

I think what you do is great so don't let others stop you. Those people are the ones with issues not you.

First, I would like to begin by saying congratulations to everyone who has something good happen.

I would like to share my wonderful news. I submitted a poem to Realistic Poetry International to included in their first ever poetry magazine.

My poem, "A Note To God" was selected for their extended magazine called "The Valiant."

The magazine is available for viewing on their website and can be purchased. The magazine came out two weeks ago.
