201765 Over the years I have lost a resounding 16 stone. 5 st at age 19 because I was always over weight when I was a kid. 5 after a pregnancy. 6 after another pregnancy. Then I just didn't lose holiday weights over many years. So a few pounds here and there crept on and I didn't lose it. A stoke didn't help in 2013. I shifted 2 stone last year. 3 to go. I'll still be classed as over weight when I'm done but not by much.

201765 Makes me ill. We had home made apple and blackberry crumble and custard tonight.

201765 Excellent. See. Nothing to do with the price of cheese!

201765 Lol. I've never done that!

201765 I'd like to but I want to fit in my clothes more lol. Plus I work in weight loss. It's sort of a thing I must be able to do. (Massive sigh)

201765 I love food too. Not helpful when I've got another 3st to lose.

201765 I did chicken. It's the only thing everyone eats (sighs and raises eyebrows)

201765 Better make it two weeks time. I'm in the bath. But yes all those things. Tiny bits of potato in the air fryer- even my son ate them. First time for everything.

201765 Can't get to it in my phone. Will do it later. As we say "what's that got to do with the price of cheese?"

I'm with Alex. I have got myself into real trouble with my opinion over the years. To the point where my job has been under threat.

201765 Is knackered. Why am I at my busiest when the family are home at the weekend? Yesterday, podiatrist for Gemma. She has the same musculoskeletal problems I have though thankfully not at bad, it seems. Then we went fruit/veg picking. An hour round trip, two hours there. Today no fewer than 5 hours of shopping in two different towns to visit 6 shops. Got back and we're baking with the fruit whilst I'm cooking a roast. It's coming up to 7pm. Apart from sitting in the car I haven't sat down all day and because of my disability I'm shuffling around. Grrrr. Knackered.

201765 Done (on phone. Should have worked)
201765 And she's probably wise not to.
201765 Mum was in the room with me about three days after she died. I don't know why, we didn't really get on. I was glad when she'd "left". Hope you enjoyed your visit more. I used to have dreams about things that then happened a few weeks later. That can be explained away these days. I never told anyone but I dreamt of a large plain crash two weeks before a major plane crash.

We had a great tour there..."

I've heard about those tours. They look great.
201765 The other one I love is when I woke up one night to go to the loo probably as a teenager. I opened my door and was faced with an undead version of my mother grimacing at me. To this day I swear she was there. I shut my eyes and counted to ten and convinced myself there was nothing there. Opened my eyes- gone. Went past their bedroom and they were both in there asleep. Mum bought the clothes and the jewellery I saw her wearing several years later. The brain is a weird thing. Lol
201765 Got one. I once had an out of body experience as a small child. I was choking on a bit of pear and remember asking my mum and my sister afterwards who was sitting on the sofa watching while they held me upside down and bashed me on the back. There was no-one there. I was so scared that my brain made me believe I was watching from the sofa while someone else was choking. Must have been about 3 or 4.
201765 I don't know. I went to Egypt in 2009. I'm still trying to get over the food poisoning (not kidding) didn't even make it to tombs or pyramids.
201765 Yep Broadcasting House for most of it. It's unrecognisable now. My husband still works on the BBC IT contract via a third party so he's over there sometimes.

201765 OMFG coconut flavoured hot chocolate- I haven't seen that in years. I love hot chocolate. I drink tea very occasionally. I mostly drink coffee from my environmentally unfriendly coffee pod machine.
201765 Mine's a bit meh:

1 passed my Grade 8 piano exam when I was 19 (the only other one after that is the diploma that is known as the teaching grade).

2 passed a Grade 4 in singing in my 20s.

3 performed on stage for about 10 years in my 20s- various plays, musicals, pantos. When I wasn't on stage I'm pretty handy with power tools so I helped build the sets. One year in panto I played the back end of the cow. The following year I was promoted to play the panda.

4 Sang at the Royal Festival Hall in London with my school.

5 worked for the BBC for 7 years where I met my husband.

6 I can put my feet behind my head. One at a time. And I can't let go or I'll decapitate myself. I am hypermobile which means I can give people a meaningful look and say "you'd be amazed the positions I can get my body into."
