I apologize for being absent for so long. Been struggling with physical and mental pain. Good news is I keep trying and haven't given up. A week ago I set up Facebook and Twitter accounts. Amy and Alex, I applauded both your Medium articles. Sorry for your emotional distress and physical pain. You don't see me, but I'm right there with you in spirit.

Started a new medication at the beginning of the month. It's supposed to stop my nightmares so I can get some sleep. I miss sleeping for more than one hour at a time. Anyway, I strongly suspect this drug is causing headaches and jaw pain. I want to pull all my teeth out of my mouth. Ugh!
