Even though it was one of the awards that were green lighted on Dennis's list- to me it felt like a popularity contest and then the entire site is devoted to selling you stuff. I prefer awards that you enter and judges pick the books. I've won some, lost others, but I feel like they are usually librarians or book sellers doing the voting and I like to think it's more merit driven.

A lot of what I do is just time consuming. Also, things have changed on Amazon- willing reviewers are harder to find then hen's teeth. Beck- google my name and just write all the blogs I've been on- they are all mommy bloggers and willing to review if you read their policies. Do ten at a time, so it's not overwhelming. Start with Jaylynn Patterson, from It's a Simple Life- Really and Gabby Bixler Reviews. The other think you can do is google mommy reviewers- Thousands will come up- you just have to sit and write them- They all have policies and if you send an ebook- most will review.
