When I read this book, I immediately recognized Fleetwood Mac's real events, which were widely known in the 70's. Daisy was Stevie Nicks and Billy was Lindsey Buckingham. Does that make the book more or less interesting for you?

I thought Mad was a little too much. Reading Darwin's The Origin of Man at age 4, oh really?
In fact, for me, a lot of the story was "over the top". Who renovates their kitchen at 8-months pregnant?

Thanks Betsy, I've started Part 1. It's quite short and will be easy to finish this month. So far, enjoying the story. Having grown up in the 50's, there are lots of "old-timey" references that I remember well.

I second Northanger Abbey.
