Father: Taryn Grant's father. She refers to her father to be part of the group attempting to fix her election. Money might come through Taryn's father to go to another person seeking election.
Lockes: He's about to serve a subpoena on Lucas and Rose Marie concerning a recent press conference conducted by Rose Marie. She feels that Lockes wants to be the next governor and he's trying to get publicity.

Don Peterson: An older man who worked at the hospital pharmacy and was beaten badly in the course of a robbery.
Dr. Alain Barakat: Emergency Room doctor who cares for a character who worked in the hospital and was injured by robbers who robbed the hospital pharmacy. He grew up in Lebanon and is addicted to drugs.
Thomas Carlson: Hospital administrator who deals with a robbery at the hospital and the aftermath about missing medicine.

Charles "Shooter" Chapman: Member of the Bad Seed biker gang who joined the Mack brothers and others in robbing the pharmacy at Minnesota Research Medical Center.
Harriet Brown a.k.a. Honey Bee Brown: Harriet changed her name to Honey Bee Brown. She is the owner of a horse ranch and works as a bartender in Cherries Bar, which is owned by Joe and Lyle Mack. She was a former hairdresser.
Eddie: Friend of robbers Joe and Lyle Mack. They feel they can trust him and tell two of their members to go to Eddie's after a major robbery.
Caprice M. Garner "Cappy": Hired killer, a gun for hire who gets a kick out of killing people, he seems seasoned but he's only age twenty.
James Sherrill: Marcy Sherrill's pre-school age son.

John Loew: "Cappy's" high school classmate. Cappy is jealous of John being able to finish college and get a good job and Cappy has nothing.

Rick: Alan Barakat's former dealer who moved to a new location. Then, a new person got in touch with Barakat to sell drugs to him.
Walt Disney: Reference to Disney's character tar baby is made by Joe Mack when things are going bad and they just keep getting worse.
Shrake: Fellow officer at Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and friend of Lucas. He comes to Lucas's home to provide extra protection for Weather when she is threatened.
Bill Stephaniak: Sheriff in Washburn. Joins the group as they travel to Ike Mack's home to interview him and search the premises.
Larouse: A supervisor in the local police department and friend of Lucas. When he learned that someone tried to harm Weather, he offered more cops to patrol around their home.
Dick LaChaise: Lucas and Weather discuss when LaChaise, a motorcycle crazy came to town looking for revenge because LaChaise's wife was killed during a bank robbery. It didn't end well for LaChaise.
Dick Morris: The owner of a Yamaha motorcycle that was stolen and used in an attempt to injure another character.
Louis X. Barney: A criminal from the past who stole cans of methanol. He blended it with pineapple juice and was selling it on the street. A number of people went blind and two died. He told the judge he thought it was alcohol. The judge noted that he hadn't drank any for himself and sent him to prison.
Arnold Shoemaker: Farmer in Dakota County who finds two dead bodies on his farm.
Adnan Shaheen: Lebanese man, friend of one of the criminals but innocent of crime. He was paid by the other man's father to watch after him and help him get through school.
Timor: An uncle of a character who warns two men who were involved in a crime with him, that if anything happened to him, his uncle Timor would seek revenge against the two men.
Frank Harris: BCA gang unit.
Jill Macbride: Kidnap victim who happened to be entering her van just as a suspect was running from the cops.
