The heroine falls in love with her sister-in-law's younger brother after taking care if him when he is injured or sick. He is younger then her cant remember how much young though. They start out not getting along but fall for each other they have a past but i dont remember the details. The Heroine was raised by her brother after their parents died as well so she is close with her brother and sister-in-law which is why she agrees to care for her sister-in-law's brother in the first place i think she is a nurse or something like that. It been along time since i read it from a library id like to read it again if i can find it."
