Es freut mich zu sehen, dass auch einige Leute aus Deutschland hergefunden haben:) Dann fühl ich mich weniger allein in Österreich:):)
And to everyone: I am happy that, whether you are part of OSS for a longer time now or not, you want to participate in discussions. You won't regret it.

Bound to happen!

I think that some books that we have read here might be very good, such as My Life on the Road (but that might be a bit radical ..."
I wish I could do that with some of my relatives from time to time:)
I really hope that the two of you have this opportunity to learn from each other. It's a great one.

I agree James... yikes... spewing man-hate, oh, I love it so much (that is irony of course)

Everyone, feel free to comment, it is always good to have new perspectives on issues, and new issues as a whole.

Sure I can:)
Just give me a few days to get more information on it, then I'll create a topic...

Now, it's just nonsense in my opinion.
You're clearly not a white feminist Emma."
White feminism is not about one's skin colour, but about attitudes.
It is called white feminism since mostly white women have these attitudes. It does not mean that a white woman is a white feminist.

#MMIW - Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women is an epidemic that needs to stop.
There are good reports on it, such as this one:
https://indiancountrymedianetwork.com...
In my understanding of me being a feminist, I cannot ignore this. Right now, there are more than 3.000 Indigenous Women missing or murdered in Canada alone. In Canada alone, not even the US.
In my understanding of me being a feminist, I have to help, which is why I retweet the tweet that @DelSchilling does every single day since 4 years:
https://twitter.com/DelSchilling/stat...
(That's her latest one, rest assured, you will find one that has always been written in the last 24 hours)
I am an intersectional feminist, and I cannot close my eyes to this ongoing epidemic injustice. I have to help, and if it is only this one hashtag, although there are many more how we can help Indigenous people.
Please, please follow Indigenous people on your social media. I have learned so much in this past year that I still have to wrap my head around the fact that I knew so little about them before.
Especially if you're in the US or Canada, please, follow Native Americans and First Nations, Inuit, Metis people and Alaska and Hawaii Natives.
Please help, this is an ongoing tragedy.

Voice-actors.
The issue I have with audio books is that I am easily distracted and then can't concentrate on the audio. Makes me feel like I haven't read the whole book, but only parts.

I think that some books that we have read here might be very good, such as My Life on the Road (but that might be a bit radical for him...)
You know what his hobbies are, try it that way. If he is very interested in science, pick books that are about female scientists, especially in areas that interest him a lot. That can be one way.
Another way is a bit more work, but I think might actually work quite well. Let him choose a book that you read together, and then you choose a book that you read together. And then discuss the books together. This way you can both open up to each other and you can learn something as well, I want to give that a try myself one day.
I wouldn't make it much about challenging one's views, that might end in something you don't want at all (especially considering he is your grandpa... old people are often not very keen on having their ideals they lived by for a lifetime being challenged)

It's just a different experience, and I prefer it to the digital one.

Are there specific groups who are currently fight..."
Saudi Arabia? But I'd be very careful, in general it is never a good idea to march in (literally or figuratively) and say we have the answer to your problem. Always ask first, and ask how you can help, how the people you want to help need help.

I know that feeling:)
And you're welcome!
