177170 Well I hope it is true!
177170 Yeah I am sure I will be ready to attack ADWD in the new year too.

Oh good idea!
Thanks, I did that.

When I set my goal in Jan, I based it on my reads from the prior year. Then when this group read started, I reduced it.

I told myself next year to not set goals and join too many group and buddy reads. Just to read what and when I feel like. Will I stick to that? Doubtful, but time wil tell.

Me too. I have been thinking of just deleting my GR challenge. Nobody should feel pressure to read. It is supposed to be for pleasure.
177170 I have to throw in the towel with this whole set of books. I am GRRM burnt out. lol

Actually books as a whole have me pretty wore out. But it will pass. These phases always. do.

177170 I have not played my PS4 for a long time so I fired up Telltale Game of Thrones last night. I have already played it once before I had watched much of the show. I think I was still watching season 3 at the time. Anyway the short big I played after all this ASOIAF knowledge has made the game experience waaaaay better. It made so much more sense.

The game is great and I recommend you check it out if you have not. You don't need to be much of a gamer for Telltale games. They require Little coordination.

Played any of them?
177170 Very uderstandable Brianna.

Mixing up genres can be a good thing to do. Too much of one genre can lead to boredom. Maybe throw in something different in the mix too.

I like books with female protagonists just as much as books with a male protagonist. I think it depends on what genre you enjoy. If you like fantasy there are way more males as far as I am concerned. But if you like for instance contemporaries you are more likely to find female.

177170 Hey doing well Ria. I have only read Paper Towns by him. I would only say it is ok. Not a high recommendation from me.

I don't blame you needing a break from fantasy. They can be really draining. Take care!

Am I the only one who did not know the older AC games are getting remastered?! I loved Brotherhood and 2 so much!

Have you checked your settings? I know with my Kobo I can turn that stuff on or off.

I really hope to see it out next Spring. If Amazon did indeed post that then they must have gotten that date from somewhere. I am crossing my fingers.

That is so helpful, I have been trying to find a summary of this book, but this is better! I had forgotten it was here."

You are very welcome.

177170 I bought about 12 books at the 3 day used book sale here. I tried to only buy books I had heard of. Otherwise I tend to buy a bunch of crap. I broke my rule about 4 times; not too bad.

The one I most look forward to reading is this: Kingmaker's Sword (Rune Blade, #1) by Ann Marston

I have never heard of her or this trilogy but it looks good.

177170 Alex I have heard a few dates but I have also heard nothing is confirmed. I think when it is official a big deal will be made in the media and we will know for sure. Just my opinion though.

I totally would too, I like him a lot.

On the show when he got mad and dropped his equipment on the floor in front of the king Joffrey I was like "Yeah!"
177170 Mmmmm, steaks!
