My favorite place is the living room sofa. I do read in the bed at night. My favorite times are early mornings & afternoons after lunch. No preferences. I read books in all forms. I’m listening to an audio book on my IPad now as I’m writing this message.

I read The Violin Conspiracy

I read Ghost: Confessions of a Counterterrorism Agent. 5 stars. I really liked this non fiction book. It's set in the 1980's. I remember a lot of the events in the book.

I read 14 books in January & I gave six of them 5 stars. I thought I'd pick one fiction & 1 nonfiction.

- Brief reason why it was the best: It turned out to not be what I expected. I thought it was a rom com. It's better than a rom com.

- Author: Kerri K. Greenidge
- Rating: 5 stars

- ATY Prompt you used it for (if applicable): #41 A book from the NPR "Books We Love " lists.
- Brief reason why it was the best. I wanted a nonfiction account of the Grimke sisters before I read The Invention of Wings for another challenge.

It feels like the new selections are late being posted. Is it just me but aren’t they usually posted before the last day of the month?

I like books set in WW ll. I read a lot of historical fiction.

2. Did you meet your reading goals? I met my goal of 5-6 books. What were your biggest distractions? I really didn't have any this week.
3. Did you have fun? I did have fun. What were your favorite parts? Completing resolutions. Working with team Janvier.
4. What was your favorite book of the read-a-thon? Lessons in Chemistry.
5. Do you have any suggestions for how to make the read-a-thon better for next time? No. What would you like to see more of in future read-a-thons? I thought everything was good.
6. Do you plan to participate in future group read-a-thons? Yes. I look forward to them.

Good Morning Team Janvier, Our last check in. I will miss reading with everyone. I finished When We Believed in Mermaids. I marked it completed on the plans tab. I didn't move it to the complete tab because there wasn't a column. The last column was titled notes & I didn't want to mess anything up. Also at this point it doesn't matter. I did update my pages read.
We have completed all the Health resolutions for the third time. Once all the pages read are logged in the tracker we may earn one more bookmark which we need to complete Health.
Everyone did great. We read a huge number of good books this week. See you next time.
