What are your favorite RED, WHITE, & BLUE covers? What books should the rest of us read that have 1 or all 3 of those colors on their covers?

(I've gone through the entire book looking at all the doodles) but I haven't read past page 7 or something like that... :/

Yea you do! :) I really liked
But I really need to reread a lot of the ones that I read back in high school (which I graduated almost a decade ago) and I also have to read her newest ones!

-Read a book with more than 350 pages
-Read a book with less than 300 pages
-Reread a book
-Read an entire series
-Read a book with different POVs
-Read a book with [insert color] on it's cover
things like that?
Tia wrote: "It was my first year so I honestly wasn't expecting how much it would take away from reading! Now that I know, hopefully I can manage my time better haha"i think every semester is different. it all depends on what kind of classes you're taking! :)
Dana wrote: "Stephanie, I think the group has spoken. We are planning a week long Readathon in July."Sounds good to me! :D

Hex Hall... well the second one, I THREW. I was so angry! haha
I have always wanted to do a paranormal or fantasy boarding school.. Maybe that should be my July Camp Nano project...?
Dana wrote: "I've never read a Sarah Dessen book. O_oKasie West and Emery Lord are great contemporary authors. I really need to read the rest of the Anna and the French Kiss series.
But I agree with Stephan..."
You still haven't read a Sarah Dessen book?! Girrrrrrllll, that needs to change!
You also haven't finished the Anna and the French Kiss series?! I loved Isla! :D
HEX HALL = <3 I may end up rereading that series sometime soon! I think the Rebel Belle series would be good beach reading material as well! :D
Tia wrote: "I think a lot of Sarah Dessen's books could be considered beach themed! A lot of them revolve around main characters during summer, or are generally pretty light reads. I think that's the main char..."I have to agree that Sarah Dessen books are great beach reads! I would have to loop Emery Lord, Kasie West, and Katie Cotugno in there as well!
But then again, I love reading paranormal and fantasy books outside or by the pool as well. So, I'm kind of all over the place! :)
I am currently listening to the audiobook of A Court of Mist and Fury and I am loving it so much! I'm trying to savor every word! :D
Dana wrote: "I plan on reading as much as possible this summer! I think a week with motivation from others would be great for my TBR :)"I'm always up for motivation!! :) The beginning of the year was so busy for me with my wedding that I am SO behind on the books that I wanted to read this year, so I definitely need to play catch up!

The good news is that even if you don't like either of the month's choices, you can always participate in the Color Cover Challenge or just simply talk about Books in the All Things Bookish folder! :)
The thing we want everyone to get out of this book club is having fun! :)

That works! As long as one of those colors is on the cover is all that matters! :)
So, Dana and I were talking and we were thinking of possibly doing a readathon in July sometime. How would you guys like that? If you would like that, would you want a 24 hour readathon, weekend readathon, or a whole week?
Let us know!
