Aw. This makes me sad. But it's okay. But the ending has a good setup for the next book. I've heard a lot of people say that this one has a ton of world building and not enough of the usual antics.

Are y'all enjoying the book so far? Has anyone finished it? Thoughts?

I have finished! I loved it! I also learned that any time Loki has an affair with a giantess, bad things happen. Yikes. That bit was learned from the Glossary rather than the book itself. Lol.

Let me know when you get close to where I'm at and I'll read with you. Lol.

Jeez, I thought you were supposed to be studying. ;)

Oh no. Lol. I hope you enjoy it though!

Okay are we talking about the same book? Because I just went back and looked at the titles of the chapters that I've read.

Wow. My memory sucks more than I thought it did. Lol.

I don't believe I've gotten there yet. I prefer to see them as I go. I stopped on 285 so y'all could catch up. (:

Come to the Dark Side. We Have Pop-Tarts.

I knew you'd love the sass. (:

EEEEEEK. GRACE, TELL ME ALL YOUR FEELINGS!

So I finally finished it. I was going to give it 3 stars, but I bumped it to 4 because the second half had me hooked. However, if goodreads did half stars, it would have been 3.5. I might pick up the sequel at some point, but not anytime soon.

I didn't finish it, but I plan to at some point. It's definitely interesting. If you shop at Barnes & Noble, I would look and see if they still have a discounted copy. (:

Isn't Rick Riordan wonderful?! This is the 6th book of his I'll be reading, but the 11th that I've purchased. Lol.

Now that I have read chapters 3 & 4, I can say it's getting slightly more interesting. But I'm still not sucked in and I get the feeling that I won't be. Although I am curious about this Tyler character.

I have no idea who/what that is. Lol. I'll have to google and get back to you.

Now I don't feel so bad! I'm in the middle of reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. But I'm also reading other books so it's taking me a while. I have not read Eragon, but I thought about buying it a couple of times.

I've heard it's horrible, but that only makes me more interested in seeing it! Haha.
