Also, I'm TERRIFIED of clowns. Lol. But if you end up reading it you can always share your thoughts. And if anyone in the group is interested, you can always buddy read it. It doesn't need to be the book club book for you to enjoy reading it with a friend. 😊

I feel you. I'm pretty much on a ban with a few exceptions. There's definitely no requirement to own the books we read here in this book club.

Now taking suggestions for the next three months. Reminder that we strictly read young adult here and we don't do sequels. For the coming months I want to read something different from what we've been reading maybe one darker book, one happy-ish book, and something magical? I really don't know. So I need your help with books and we'll put it up to a vote as usual.

Has anyone bought their copy yet?

I definitely plan to. I just need to get out of this slump. I'm also super sick right now and haven't been doing much other than sleeping for almost a week. :(
