152458 Hello and Happy 2018!! This will be my first full year attempting the challenge and I've gone bold and am trying 2 to start.

I'm off to a good start so far but we are only ten days in so who knows.

I have finished The Bear and the Nightingale by Katherine Arden for prompt 37.
Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur for prompt 14

Currently reading Pride and Prejudice and Mistletoe by Melissa de la Cruz and The Last Unicorn by Peter S. Beagle

QOTW
I started with something I planned to read in 2017 for my first prompt. I'm really picking books then finding where they fit in my challenges. I started a bookclub with my girlfriends and the January pick was The Bear and the Nightingale (Winternight Trilogy, #1) by Katherine Arden which I started and gave up on last year because I wasn't in the mood for it. I needed to have it finished by the 15th so that was book one.
152458 I read Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur for this prompt. Finished 1/11.
152458 I read The Bear and the Nightingale (Winternight Trilogy, #1) by Katherine Arden for this prompt. I actually started it last year and put it away after fifty pages. Decided to give it another go. Finished 1/10

152458 Hello all!

I realize i have very little chance of completing this challenge with my late start but I shall do what I can.

This week I have read
Chasing Forgiveness by Neal Shusterman Figment by Jim Zub and Captain Marvel (Marvel NOW!) #1 by Kelly Sue DeConnick

13/40 0/12

Question of the week:

If you are still working on your challenge, which prompt are you least looking forward to?

I am not looking forward to a favorite book from childhood as I don't care to reread things. I also am not stoked for career advice or 800 pages and highly doubt I will put out too much effort to get them done in the time crunch.

I know I probably won't be able to finish at this point with a late start but I'll do what I can.

Question of the week:

If you are still working on your challenge, which prompt are you least looking forward to?

I would say a book I loved as a child as I generally don't care for re reading things. Either that or career advice. 😑 As for the advanced list the 800 page one sounds super unfun!

152458 Hi. I'm Jessica. I'm brand new to this group. I fully anticipate completing the challenge in 2018 and I will try to knock a couple out before the end of the year.

I just finished reading Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo which covers the first book in a series I haven't read before prompt.

I intend to start The People We Hate at the Wedding by [author:Grant Ginder|

I do not follow authors often. Most of the authors on my list are from series.

1 Neal Shusterman 7
1 J.K. Rowling 7
3 Melissa de la Cruz 5
3 James Patterson 5
5 Ann Brashares 4
5 Jaclyn Moriarty 4

152458 Hi. I'm Jessica from Las Vegas. I like challenges and although I may not be able to keep up I love the idea of trying. I found this group from around the year group which I started mid year. I look forward to the challenge of doing both in 2018. From past reading goals I succeed on even years! Can't wait to get started
