((No problem, goodnight!))Gisella watched the old man evenly, "Perhaps, it would be to the benefit of the research team if you returned to give them your knowledge." It was getting late now, and Gisella would have to close up the Greenhouse soon, but the next day several researchers would be here to take notes.
"This row and the next are the most recent finds," Gisella explained, "Tests have only just begun so none have been classified or named." She turned to him again, "You know this plant also?"
"Of course," Gisella said absently, her eyes suddenly locked on a plant in the next aisle which had begun to move. The plant shuddered in place, and several buds fell from its leaves. Perhaps seeds.
Gisella had tried a few of these drugs before - not out of recreation but out of curiosity. She simply wanted to know the effects so she could have a clearer understanding. She always took necessary precautions, however, and after one use she never used it again. She made a mental note to locate some of this drug. ((Don't do drugs, kids)) "Have you tried it?" She asked the old man.
"Ah," She nodded, putting down the watering can, "thank you for your information." Gisella said it sincerely, a somewhat unusual tone for her. But any source of knowledge is welcome to her. Of course, she would still test the information before believing it completely, but it was welcome nonetheless.
"A healing substance..." Gisella repeated, looking back at the plant, "How is it used?" She was conscious of how many questions she was asking - it seemed almost like an interrogation - but she didn't care. Any of this knowledge could make the tests run more smoothly and with less risk.
She stared at him, her eyes of irritation, though also curiosity. Gisella could tell by the way the man spoke that he likely had a broad pool of knowledge. "What makes them unforgettable?"
"Careful!" Gisella snapped when she saw the old man touch the leaves without gloves, "We do not yet know if the powder is dangerous to the skin." She heard him mutter to himself and waited for any further explanation, if one would come.
"These?" Gisella gestured to the plants she was watering, "These were found in the south side of the forest, but they haven't yet been named." She stopped watering them and moved on to the next bed of plants. "After running a few tests we will learn its properties - then we can give them a suitable name."
At the sound of an opening door, Gisella turned her head to see an old man enter. She turned back to the plant, intending to ignore him, but - as always - the elderly love to make conversation."I am a frequent visitor to the greenhouse," Gisella spoke, her voice smooth and clear, "In fact, I was the one to plant many of these specimens."
The study section of the greenhouse was empty, except for a graceful, fair-skinned woman. Gisella walked along the bed of plants, a watering can in hand, examining the species of plant which was growing steadily in the row. She ran a gloved finger over a jagged-edged leaf, turning it over to see a light dusting of white powder on the underside. It was unknown what the white powder was, but there were tests being run on it. She removed her hand from the plant, and instead tipped the watering can, watching as the soil darkened with moisture.
