
Cally finished her food and stood up. She took her dishes over to the sink.

"Good for you," Cally muttered.

Cally looked at him sadly. "I see."

"Did no one ever tell you that?" Cally asked. That rule had been drilled into her head since she was a baby.

Cally blushed. "You're supposed to thank someone when they give you a compliment."

Cally smiled happily. "Yay."

Horray! I have a bunch of school I should be doing, and I am easily distracted.

Cally grabbed some food for herself and watched Markus to see his reaction to the food would be.

Cally exhaled. What was there to be nervous about anyways?

"Nothing," Cally mumbled, blushing.

"No problem," Cally said, sitting down too. "I cook when-" She broke off, blushing.
When I'm nervous she was going to say.

Cally blushed and helped him set up the table.

"I made garlic bread, too," Cally said.

When he came out Cally had a bowl full of pasta waiting for him.

"Wonderful," Cally said, stirring her sauce.

"You're welcome," Cally said. "I hope you like pasta."
