Haha, LK. Pets make us live fuller lives, actually extend our lives, and improve quality of life... plus, we can save them from horrible fates of loneliness or worse! DO IT! :D

I can handle that. Are we doing a "your own pace" one or a set number of chapters each day? I could probably handle the set chapters one better, as it would keep me on task haha.

I need to read the Rothfuss books for the first time... but I'll have to get my hands on copies first! :P

I'm so sorry about Jules, Amanda. Losing a fur-baby is one of the hardest things... but it's so good that he even got to live as long as he did in a good home with you loving him :D

I've recently been getting into Stephen King myself. Since I started reading him last year I've read:

Under the Dome, The Shining, Carrie, 'Salem's Lot, and 11/22/63

I've enjoyed them all but LOVED 'Salem's Lot and The Shining!

If you like it, it'll open up a whole new world of urban fantasy! Just watch out for Sonia... she'll add TONS of new series to your list. :) hehehe
