So far, two books into Bloodlines, I've seen growth in Sydney... and from what I know of the next two, she grows a lot more. :P

Sydney is soooo much like me, so I am finding myself associating with her more than I did with Rose. I did love Rose too though :)

Storm of Swords is the best in the series. Lots of good storylines, some EPIC moments, LOTS of deaths, more great characters.

If you stop at any point, at least read SoS and then stop. Books one and three are the best in the bunch.
