The girl on the covers fits Charlaina very well. Can you tell us more about how you found her?

Okay so I am on the last book now and I was going to limit my questions to The Pledge but I find I no longer want to limit myself to that. First, the titles. Are they your original choices or did you decide on them with your editor later?

What is your favorite food?
And do you like cats?"Bacon Cheeseburgers and chocolate and I love cats but I hate shedding. That is why I have a poodle.
Lizi wrote: " By the way... will you be helping with the casting of the characters if the movie is accepted to be produced?."That would be fun. I don't think authors have a lot of say in something like that but we'll see.
Lizi wrote: "Okay so I heard that you stopped writing Tiger's Dream... can you tell me if this is true or not? And if it is... why? By the way... I LOVE YOUR BOOKS AND I CAN'T WAIT TO READ ANYTHING ELSE YOU WRI..."Thank you. The rumor is true. I have put Tiger's Dream on hold but that's only because I can't do two things at once. I'm currently writing an Egyptian series for my new publisher.
Imasha wrote:That is so cool! I just want to ask, do you have any pets? "I do. I have a standard dachshund named Murphy and a one year old toy poodle named Bitsy.
Ruth wrote: "Hi Colleen! This might be a strange question but I'm going to ask it any, what's your favorite color?"Probably blue but I wear reds most often.
Imasha wrote: "What places to you like to visit in Oregon than are your favourite?"I love going to the Tillamook Cheese Factory, the beach, and to see waterfalls.
Imasha wrote: "Hi Colleen! What types of bands or artisits do you like? :)"I'm big into boy bands. =) I love all types of music though I'm still partial to the 80's.

Okay so I'm on book three now and the arm and the back...it hurts me. Just sayin'.

A lot of authors use it to find inspiration. That might be something that helps you if you're like me.

I mean, to do that job, you must refresh your mind and take some inspirations, which is too hard f..."My career was an American Sign Language Interpreter for many, many years. I love working with Deaf people. I became a writer as a hobby at first and when I was layed off from my job, that turned into my full time career. I work much harder now by the way than I ever did at a regular job. Inspiration comes when you look for it. I spend a lot of time on Pinterest and that always gives me new ideas.
