Kayla wrote: "Will be at Bookcon 2015 in NYC?"I'm not planning on that one. Haven't heard of it in fact. Do you recommend it?
Nightshade6 wrote: "Do you know if you will be doing a book signing for the tigers curse series anytime soon?"I will be doing a signing when my new book comes out. Stay tuned for cities and dates.
Miranda wrote: "Hi Colleen! I must say I LOVE your Tiger's Curse series and I am so excited to hear you have a new Egyptian book series coming out! Will you be selling autographed copies once it releases?"I will probably make arrangements with Powell's my local Indie to sell autographed copies. We've already set the date for the launch party there and they will start advertising signed copies around the beginning of July.
Shelby wrote: "Hey Colleen! Well I have to admit I amobsessed with India and your books! As a matter fact, if I had a boyfriend, he would be like Ren!!! I have been reading these books since I was 17 years old! I..."Ah I wasn't planning on India. I knew I wanted handsome princes so I thought Russia. Then I researched the white tiger and discovered they come from India, not Siberia. Started exploring tiger myths in India and the story grew from there. =)

So the winner of the live chat prize tonight is....Kelly! Congrats! Msg me your mailing address and we will send you books from both of us =) Thanks everyone for joining the chat and I'll see you next month when I'm hosting author Sophie Jordan!

We're getting close to wrapping up the chat. Thanks so much to Suzanne for everything. Especially inviting me to join in her RT parties. They're so much fun and I'm going to miss her terribly this year!

So you often launch a cupcake cannon. Do you indeed have one? And, can it reach Oregon? What is/are your fav cupcake flavors?
Suzanne wrote: ""

Cyberpunk is very bleak and futuristic and often filled with "scum" it's often described as "high tech/low rent"
There are ..."Never...ever heard of most of these but this is fascinating. So then the punk element is a spirit of rebellion against the norm?

That is so awesome that your daughter wants to follow in mom's footsteps.
Suzanne wrote: "Colleen wrote:
Is that like Riverdance?"
Yes."Next time I see you, I'm totally getting you to show me some moves.
Suzanne wrote: "Colleen wrote: "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. Steampunk or not Steampunk?"
I'd vote for dieselpunk."That's the one! Dieselpunk! So it's...what exactly? Gas powered?

Do you have a fun tea shop where you live? There's a cool hotel in Portland that does afternoon tea. Next time you come to Portland we should go.
Suzanne wrote: "B.lavelle wrote: "If you could spend a day with any one of your characters who would it be?"
That's a tough one. I have to admit, spending a day with Queen Tiana would be really interesting."She'd frighten me ;) I think I'd rather hang out with Vix on her airship.

Yes I love Vix too. Really liked the fire creatures that disturbed the party. Do all the animals/creatures have an element affinity too?
Suzanne wrote: "Magnolia in it and she was complaining that there were no books with characters with her name. "I love that name and the nickname Noli. It's really cool.
Suzanne wrote: "but I have written some stories about dragons I'd love to find a home for one day"There are just not enough dragons or dragon books in the world for my taste. =)
Suzanne wrote: "Cookies and sourpatch are good bribes for when I'm editing. "I keep chocolate chips on hand when editing. ;)
Suzanne wrote: "Shara wrote: "If you could live in one of your books, which one would it be? Would you be hanging out with a particular character?"
I wouldn't mind hanging out with Noli in her tree house!"I like Noli's tree house too. Wait. Which one are you talking about because by book three there are three tree houses right? The new one they make, the old one by the old house, and then Kevign's.
Suzanne wrote: "It doesn't need to be as anarchist/dystopian as say cyberpunk, but it should still be present. (the punk.) "So what's the difference between cyberpunk and steampunk? Future vs past? I saw some other reference today too it was like gearpunk or digipunk or something like that. How many punks are there?
