Mental health is crappy again...

Struggling daily..putting on a mask so I don't crumble again..

I miss them..but they are happy and I want them happy..

Been writing nonstop...I hate I can't get myself to stop...I feel so alone..but I don't know how to ask for help or even accept help...

I just simply want to be loved and cherished again...I miss it way to much...

In US History, we are discussing the cold war and talking about how the US stepped in to prevent communism from spreading. I believe that the government should serve the people and if it's not the gov should change. So when we talking about how capitalist societies were failing and communism was taking root because it would better serve the people, I see no issue, but my teacher is talking about it like a virus??
