The long tail keywords like "romance books for women" are searches that are used on Google. Have you tired doing research to find out the amount of searches for your keywords? Visit: https://adwords.google.com/KeywordPla...

Give a Review, Get a Review
To have your book listed, first contact one of the authors and ask for a review copy. Once you’ve written your review, leave a comment here with a link to the review, including the name of your book. I’ll remove the one you reviewed and add yours to the list.

If you give it a try, let us know how it works out. Worse case scenario, you'd have to contact Amazon to make the book free again.

After doing a little research, here is a forum post about changing the cover and keeping your perma-free status.
