Yuuup. I was desperate.

Thank goodness! He does have to take a B12 supplement, but that's easy.

That's a great way to look at it! I think it'll get easier as time goes on. I use gadgets to slice, dice and even peel for prep and store extras precut in the fridge. I also occasionally take advantage of precuts from the grocery store. NOT because I'm a great cook like most of you are, but because I suck in the kitchen and need all the help I can get. 😂
A huge bonus for you is that you're probably eating healthier along with your husband!

I'm game to try it. I went looking through my books because I thought I'd read something by CR before, but I guess I only thought about it.

Thank you Judy! I added All the Little Raindrops. My shelf doesn't look quite so anemic anymore.

Thank you so much Grace. For now, I added The Serpent and the Wings of Night to my PMC shelf.

90s and sweaty usually only happens to me if I'm in a tropical climate with near 100 % humidity.
But...it's not unusual for me to shower and change more than once a day if temps get really high and I do stuff outdoors.
I think we're trained to live in A/C around here so the heat is bearable for the few minutes we spend outdoors.

High 80s to low 90s are great for everything except summer water play. Pools, beaches, water parks, etc. all require 100+.
Mornings have been 60's. That's still sweater weather.

Well, I for one, was sooo tired of the cold weather! I haven't even put my outdoor heater away yet because it's still chilly first thing in the morning. It's still too cold for me to go to the pool, although I've managed to go without sweaters/sweatshirts a few weeks now...other than first thing in the morning.
This summer better last once it really warms up. ...or else!... LOL
