"This is Ethan Bennett, my best friend and head of security." Bruce explained. "I'll let him tell you about the department. Ethan, this is Eve Spellman, our new PR intern."
Ethan held out his hand to Eve. "A pleasure. Welcome aboard." He cleared his throat. "Where to begin? Let's see... hmm..." He adopted a more presentational tone.
"Wayne Enterprises has a team of thirty security guards and ten cyber specialists. While this number might seem disproportionate to the number of employees, we ensure you this is due to our high standards and extensive rubric of requirements for our security officers.
"On the tech side of things, we have full camera coverage of every floor and the building’s perimeter, with closed captioning and sound, if need be. Furthermore, our robots are developed and assembled in-house and can be deployed either remotely or autonomously."

Once they'd reached the appropriate floor, the doors opened into a darkened office space with a dark tan laminate floor. A dark gray wall divided the space so that the windows would form the side of an indoor "balcony" circling all the way around the building without interfering with the numerous screens that were stacked floor to ceiling in the corner opposite Bruce's elevator. There were also three other lifts for public use. A break room and restrooms filled the two remaining corners.
Next to the desk were ten spaces in the floor, which looked like metal dog beds. Three were empty with a series of red lights, six with green lights housed a humanoid drone which could run autonomously or on remote control. They stood at attention like soldiers, awaiting deployment. The last bed was empty, but it's light was off.

As the conversation wrapped up, Bruce shook Lucius' hand, who in turn, shook Eve's hand. Bruce then gestured to the elevator. "Next on the tour is the security department. Don't worry, we're going up this time."

"Yes. Or take for example, the Hippocratic Oath, which could be considered a precursor to the modern ethical codes of medical practice today. While certain passages are vague in their language, leaving them open for debate, and as a whole seems, to me, most likely to have been intended as a personal oath, contains such phrases as "...and I will abstain from all intentional wrong-doing and harm...", or the Ten Commandments in the Bible. Anyone may find reason to disagree with the surrounding works as a whole, but it is apparent that they were against many of the same evils, such as murder and deception."
((Keep in mind, Bruce is an atheist, so he's not using the theory of Absolute Morality as an argument toward the existence of a higher power as evidenced by man's inherent moral compass, just the existence of said moral compass. He's probably of the opinion that man is inherently good, but some are broken and need to be fixed.))

((Sorry, really wasn't sure how to respond, but I finally wrote something.))

Bruce nodded. "And you have to realize, when my father was signing military contracts, he and everyone else thought we were staring down the barrel of a nuclear war."

With a sudden lurch, the elevator dropped, seemingly in free fall, downward. The penny in Bruce's palm seemed to float above his palm. Then the elevator came to a gradual stop, surprisingly silent. The penny dropped back into Bruce's palm as the doors slid open invitingly, revealing a huge warehouse sized space with white tiled floor and walls.
Numerous shelves ran the length of the space filled with gadgets and gizmos, mostly prototypes, all properly labeled and catalogued. Along one wall was a row of workbenches, where a dark-skinned man with silver-gray streaks at his temples sat fiddling with what appeared to be an engine block.
"Lucius!" Bruce called. "We've a guest here!"
Lucius rose and turned to offer his hand to Bruce and then Eve in turn. "Welcome, Mrs. Spellman, was it? So you're our new PR Intern? Well, I'll be honest, you seem a bit young, but I trust Bruce's judgement." His voice was gentle and there was no resentment in his voice. He was offering her a challenge to prove herself and demonstrate herself to be capable of the potential Bruce saw in her. "What can you tell me about our company? Negative and Positive."
