Born October 10, in 1950 in Silver Spring, Maryland, J.D. Robb - aka Nora Roberts (real name Eleanor Marie Robertston), is the New York Times Bestselling author of the In Death series of which there are currently 51 books.

2. ROMANCE WRITERS OF AMERICA:
Ms. Robb...or Ms. Roberts, was the first author to be inducted into the Romance Writers of America...as Nora Roberts that is :)

True that, Brenda, and actually also I think, the dreaded A word (Alzheimer's) is becoming much like the dreaded C word (Cancer). I think the more we read about our body in terms of how it functions, what makes us tick, and most importantly - how to better take good care of ourselves, perhaps we are the better for it - both mentally and physically.
