I don't have a set plan but I want to get lots of reading in. I never know what I am going to read until right before I start the book.

LOL! No, I just don't sleep much. However, I have recently met 2 ladies on Goodreads that can read circles around me. Considering I have already read 46 books this month so far, that is saying a lot. If I can't get into a book, then it takes longer so I just lucked out with some good books this month.
