118012 [x] a book based on a true story: The Invention of Wings
Based loosely on the lives of Sarah and Angelina Grimke - Born into a Southern, slave owning family, the Grimkes use first hand experience to stoke the fires of the abolitionist movement - simultaneously powering the under currents of what would become modern day feminism and the women's suffrage movement.

118012 The Rosie Project is featured as my city's book of the month for February. I stopped at Half Price Books, Barnes & Noble, and Books & Co and none of them had any in stock. Fourth stop was Target, which had a whole display and 20% off the already cheaper price. <3 Target

118012 Just thinking about reading this much makes my eyes hurt.

118012 There is a 100% chance I will read them back to back. This will include an emergency trip to BAM for #2 because I won't plan ahead. I could stop on the way home today, but will only remember as I pass the exit and tell myself I'll stop tomorrow. Repeat.
118012 I read the Wikipedia entry for the book if I feel like there's going to be a plot twist or just can't hold out until the end.
